DELIVERY INFORMATION

We are located on the Isle of Wight – and  being an island there may sometimes be slight delays for delivery – particularly if the weather gets a little rough however we will work as hard as we can to process and dispatch your order as soon as possible.

We dispatch Monday – Friday.  For all orders received on a Friday the order will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.

DELIVERY TO UK MAINLAND

FREE ROYAL MAIL UK MAINLAND DELIVERY.

We use send by  Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.    As soon as we have sent you rparcel you will receive an email with your tracking no.
For the D- shackle braclet we do however use 1st Class Royal Mail.
For any alterations/repairs we will return by 1st Class Royal Mail.
For bespoke pieces or our bangles with stones we may have to source these so we will be in touch if there is any delay.

DPD PARCEL DELIVERY
We have added the option to send your product by DPD Parcel Service which will attract a charge if you choose this option at Checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We use DHL Delivery and the charge is dependent on the country you are sending to.
Europe is approx 7-10 days for delivery.
For the rest of the world the delivery time is approximately 7-14 days.

DUTIES AND CUSTOMS

Unfortunately we are unable to control any customs or duties that may be payable in the country of destination.
